Uscirete adeguatamente coperti, quindi il bambino non subirà sbalzi termici o abbassamenti eccessivi della propria temperatura corporea.
Per ammalarsi c’è necessità di entrare in contatto con dei virus e quindi con altre persone infette!
Infatti ci si ammala più frequentemente in inverno proprio perché tendiamo a stare maggiormente in luoghi chiusi.
Quindi evitate di trascorrere troppo tempo in luoghi chiusi e affollati come i centri commerciali e che il vostro bimbo sia baciato continuamente da parenti e amici soprattutto se raffreddati!
